Learning Together

Webinars, Workshops & Thinking Circles

Sometimes we need fresh ideas, new skills or the support of others to help us progress. Our bespoke events share relevant knowledge, tried-and-tested tools, and give you time to think, explore and discuss your next steps.

We love bringing people together and seeing fresh thoughts and plans emerge

Our events help people think well for themselves and with others. We can help your people meet and communicate better, make the most of their strengths, think strategically and use their time wisely. Events are always tailored to your needs and include:

Thinking Circles

Explore and tackle key challenges in a small, supportive group

“ Katie has been brilliant. She’s worked hard over the year to understand what we do and the frustrations / realities of our work. I also loved her delivery style. So often these things can feel generic and corporate, but her sessions weren’t like that at all. She feels real and empathises really well. I’ve come out of all the sessions feeling really good – having been listened to and with some techniques in my pocket to try out in the real world. What more could one ask? ”

“ Hearing and working with other's challenges and realising I wasn’t alone was almost as powerful as having the time to think through my own problems. ”

Thinking Circles

In our Thinking Circles, small groups meet over a series of months to tackle challenges, develop their group-work skills and learn from each other’s experiences.

Blending Action Learning principles with the Thinking Environment, these groups are a powerful way to foster real confidence in your own thinking, listening and influencing skills whilst taking action on a meaningful challenge and learning how to support others in doing the same. Thinking Circles start when we have a minimum of four people ready to take part – if you want to be in the next cohort, please join our waiting list!
